Course Concepts
Too many courses become purely exercises in learning to operate software
or hardware or exist purely as largely theoretical overviews of the
increasingly critical interface of practice and technology.
These courses feature the combination of proven instructors in
software/hardware training and in appraisal education who provide a course
of instruction linking, in particularly effective and useful ways,
appraisal requirements and the appropriate use of the internet, operating
systems, and software. USPAP responsibilities are constantly interwoven
into computer-related tasks.
Conducted in a computer lab containing fast internet access and Microsoft
Office Suite products, and other software as needed, students are able to
immediately put to use techniques and methods into solving residential and
commercial appraisal problems.
